Concierge Centre Inc. CRM/PMS
May 2008-September 2008

Responsible for developing a Customer Relationship Management/Property Management System for CCI, a Concierge services business operating in USA and Canada .

Geographical Information System of Tayabas City
April 2008-June 2008

Led the development of the City Government’s GIS using Visual Studio.net 2008,
MS SQL Server 2000, ArcGIS. Created the core modules of the system and the integration
of the GIS software to the existing Real Property and Business Tax Licensing System of the City.

Senior Systems Architect – GDIS Web Output Project, Hoya Glass Disk Philippines
March 17, 2007 – June 15, 2007

Assigned the task of modifying the organization’s Glass Disk Information System (GDIS) a VB.net 2003 and Oracle 10g based system to be able to handle the requests for the Web Output project, an internal web-based reporting system that must be able to handle simultaneous requests for large volumes of manufacturing data from the organizations two manufacturing plant.

Task includes writing highly optimized data access code for the vb.net 2003 client system and guiding five (5) other web developer for the development of the Web Output project, using Asp.net 2.0 thru Vb.net 2005. Tasks also include developing some of the web output modules and creating graphs for the reports using Chart fx 6.2.

Senior Systems Developer – Online Billing, Amortization and Accounting System
GLU Realty

Assigned the task handling and overlooking the development of the organization’s online-based billing system using Asp.net 2.0 and MS Sql Server 2005.
Task includes writing the base classes for data access, etc…

Experiences as a Programmer

As a technical lead and programmer, development experiences include POS systems, Inventory Tracking and Monitoring systems, Payroll and Accounting Systems, Real-Estate Billing and GIS systems and the like.

Client: Guzman Studios, December 2005 – March 2006
Responsible for the development of the POS, Accounting, and the photo studio’s image storage and retrieval system for use by its different branches scattered in the CALABARZON region (e.g. SM Supermalls branch, Laguna branches, etc.)

Client: Lucky Book Store, Lucena City, October 2003 to present
Responsible for the development of a computerized inventory tracking solution for the client’s warehouse and bookstore, system development continues until today for maintenance and other feature enhancements to go accompany the store’s expansions.

Due to various system development experiences, the school gave me the kind opportunity to handle three-four (4) day intensive seminars, primarily as the lecturer and also was assigned to prepare the courseware to be used. Topics discussed include developing data-centric .net applications, SQL Server 2000 security, development and administration, and Web Development, the latter is a topic targeted to beginners, while the first 2 is for an audience which already have some system development background.
